Creating a Squad

Creating your own squad allows you to lead a team in competitive Capital Warfare and build your own community within World War Online.
Requirements
To create a squad, you must:

| Military Rank | Rank 25 or higher |
| No Current Squad | Must not be a member of another squad |
Check your current rank in your profile. If you're below rank 25, continue playing to earn experience and level up.
How to Create a Squad
Follow these steps to create your squad:
- Click on your Country under your Profile
- Click "Create a Squad"
- Select a Squad Name - Choose carefully (first rename is free, subsequent changes cost 25 WWO)
- Confirm creation - Your squad is now active
Once created, you become the Squad Leader with full administrative control.
Initial Setup
After creating your squad, configure these settings:
Squad Profile

| Squad Photo | Avatar image | First change free, then 10 WWO |
| Background Image | Profile backdrop | Free to upload |
Recruitment Settings
- Open recruitment for players to request membership
- Close recruitment for invite-only
Building Your Team
Recruiting Members
As a new squad leader:
- Advertise in Global Chat - Announce you're recruiting
- Send invitations - Invite players you've battled alongside
- Review applications - Accept players who request to join
Squad Capacity
- Maximum 8 members including yourself
- Up to 7 foreign country members allowed
- Promote up to 3 Captains to help manage
Choosing Captains
Promote trusted members to Captain to help with:
- Accepting new members
- Initiating Capital Warfare searches
- Managing squad operations
Leader Responsibilities
As Squad Leader, you have exclusive abilities:

| Close Squad | Dissolve the squad entirely |
| Create Forum posts | Announcements visible to all members |
